Job summary

Carson Air Ltd. is seeking a Stores Shipper/Receiver to join our Vancouver team. This full-time role offers a fast-paced environment with hands-on exposure to aviation logistics, inventory control, and maintenance support operations.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in shipping, receiving, logistics, warehousing, or inventory management is an asset.
  • Experience in aviation, maintenance, or a regulated industry is an asset but not required.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment.
  • Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with computer systems and inventory software.
  • Ability to lift and move materials in accordance with workplace safety guidelines.
  • Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

  • Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments of aircraft parts, tooling, and supplies.
  • Prepare and coordinate outgoing shipments to vendors, maintenance facilities, and operational bases.
  • Track incoming and outgoing shipments and maintain accurate records.
  • Coordinate repairs and overhauls with external vendors and monitor progress to ensure timely completion.
  • Maintain inventory levels and assist with cycle counts and inventory audits.
  • Ensure all required documentation is complete and accurate.
  • Support maintenance personnel by providing parts and materials in a timely manner.
  • Maintain an organized, clean, and safe stores environment.
  • Ensure compliance with Transport Canada regulations, company policies, and safety standards.

We are currently seeking a Stores Shipper/Receiver to join our team in Vancouver. The Stores Shipper/Receiver is responsible for receiving, inspecting, storing, issuing, and shipping aircraft parts, tooling, and operational supplies. This role plays a critical part in supporting our maintenance and flight operations by ensuring materials are available when needed and that inventory is managed in compliance with aviation regulations and company procedures.

This full-time position is eligible for a flexible schedule, with work hours arranged to support both operational requirements and work-life balance. Pay starts at $24.00 per hour, scaling up for experienced candidates.

Key Responsibilities
