Brobston Group is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Toronto to support the Store Manager in achieving sales and service targets, while upholding brand standards and optimizing store operations.

The role emphasizes leadership, staff development, and exceptional customer service. Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays is required, with opportunities for travel to other stores and abroad.

Qualifications

• Experience in leadership roles within retail, hospitality, or service.
• Excellent customer service and clienteling abilities.
• Proven ability to coach and motivate a team.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Manager to lead and develop a professional store team to achieve company goals and improve individual objectives.
• Collaborate with training teams to develop a gold standard team.
• Establish weekly/monthly objectives for the team.
• Ensure employees present professionally and deliver high-level customer service to maximize sales.
• Ensure merchandise is displayed attractively per visual guidelines.
• Collaborate with store support departments to utilize company resources effectively.
• Align with Human Resources on policies and development planning for the team.
• Perform other duties assigned by Store Manager.
