Job summary

BonLook in Toronto Eaton Centre is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily store operations, coach a high-performing team, and ensure exceptional customer experiences. This full-time role demands evening/weekend availability and a strong focus on operational excellence within a fashion-forward eyewear environment.

You will collaborate with leadership to drive store performance, implement initiatives, and foster a positive, collaborative culture while delivering top-notch service.

Qualifications

• Availability to work evenings and weekends.
• College degree or equivalent experience.
• 2-4 years of management or supervisory experience.
• Previous experience in customer service and retail preferred.
• Understanding of operations, processes, and business performance.
• Proficiency with technology and computers, including MS Office Suite.
• Proven ability to inspire, coach, and mentor a team while driving organizational goals and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• A collaborative, adaptable, proactive team player with a growth mindset, able to manage changing priorities effectively.
• Excellent organizational, time management and multitasking skills.
• Outstanding oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of optical theory and eyewear merchandise is asset.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily store operations to deliver exceptional customer experiences and align with company strategy, goals, and values.
• Coach and mentor team members to enhance their skills, performance, and knowledge.
• Collaborate with Regional Manager to strengthen leadership capabilities and achieve store objectives.
• Build and inspire motivated, high-performing teams aligned with organizational goals.
• Foster a positive, collaborative work environment by providing clear direction and cultivating a shared vision.
• Motivate and influence team members by empowering them, creating enthusiasm, and gaining support to achieve store objectives.
• Foster open communication through active listening and promoting a transparent, trust-based culture.
• Drive store development by improving procedures, implementing initiatives and optimize customer care and store performance.
• Champion company initiatives, evaluate their effectiveness, and implement best practices to strengthen and enhance the brand.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive customer experience and creating value for every customer.
• Support store operations by performing additional duties as required.
