Job summary

Wild Fork is seeking a Team Leader to support store leadership in daily operations, delegate tasks, and supervise the sales team. You will foster collaboration, drive productivity, and deliver a personal chef shopping experience to all guests.

As a key leadership resource, you will train sales leaders, manage onboarding, and ensure adherence to store policies. Culinary product knowledge and customer service excellence are essential to success.

Qualifications

Enjoy interacting and engaging with customers and team members.
Ability to multi-task, while being attentive to customers and remaining flexible to the needs of the business.
Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
Work with integrity as part of a team towards a shared vision while respecting others.
Experience with retail supervisory roles is a plus.

Responsibilities

Deliver best in class customer service as a Brand Ambassador.
Equip team with knowledge to provide the Personal Chef experience to guests.
Lead training programs and onboarding for new joiners with structured shadowing.
Monitor sales KPIs and store performance, supporting leadership with strategies.
