Job summary

Wild Fork is seeking a Sr. Sales Leader in Canada to guide and coach a team of brand ambassadors, ensuring top customer experiences and strong store execution. You will balance people leadership with inventory control and community engagement, driving traffic and basket growth while upholding the brand's values.

You will lead by example, train staff, manage P&L considerations, and partner with distribution and commercial teams to maximize freshness and availability of our products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of retail, hospitality, grocery, or restaurant experience with at least 3 years in management.
• Proven success in coaching and training employees.
• Strong understanding of sales drivers and customer service.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience with recruiting and performance evaluation processes.
• Ability to delegate tasks and take ownership.
• Demonstrates urgency, time management and prioritization.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of team management, including recruiting, hiring, training, scheduling, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions.
• Create an inspiring team environment with open communication, high energy and respectful culture.
• Drive traffic to the store by leading and initiating community events and branding.
• Lead by example and embody the company's core values.
• Provide training to improve knowledge base and cross-train to maintain productivity.
• Establish and achieve the highest standard of store execution.
• Maintain inventory in communication with distribution center and commercial team.
• Develop plans to attract more customers and increase basket size.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure store presentability and functionality.
• Take ownership of store's Profit and Loss performance; analyze financials and drive profitability.
