Qualifications

• Enjoy interacting and engaging with customers and team members.
• Ability to multi-task while staying attentive to customers and flexible to the needs of the business.
• Flex schedule, including early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Retail supervisory experience preferred.
• Knowledge of SAP and order management systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a Wild Fork Personal Chef shopping experience to customers and ensure team members can deliver best-in-class service.
• Be a true subject matter expert in all product categories and programs, cascading knowledge to the team.
• Take ownership and lead by example as a Brand Ambassador with passion for people and customers.
• Handle customer complaints with determination and collaborate with Customer Service and QA as SOPs dictate.
• Ensure all employees adhere to company policies and guidelines.
