Job Description

We are currently seeking motivated individuals to join our team in St. Catharine's, ON. As a Store Team Lead, you will play a vital role in helping with the daily operations to ensure the branch objectives are met. You will manage task-related work and ensure exceptional customer service is being offered.

What you’re responsible for:

  • Fostering exceptional customer service standards throughout the branch.
  • Promoting and enforcing Environmental/Health and Safety standards.
  • Assigning and executing daily tasks to the customer service and production teams.
  • Helping with onboarding and training of new employees.
  • Opening and closing the branch in conjunction with the Branch Manager and Assistant Branch Manager.
  • Possessing strong knowledge of current business practices and Kenny U-Pull standards.
  • Completing administrative tasks including daily cash balances and inventory checks.
  • Ensuring branch standards are being met.
  • Supporting business changes and relaying change management information to help employees adapt.

Qualifications

To join our team:

  • You have a minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role
  • You have strong leadership skills
  • You have a post-secondary education (preferred)
  • You have retail and/or automotive experience (preferred)
  • You are able to travel to other Kenny U-Pull locations as required
