Job Description

We are currently seeking motivated individuals to join our North Bay, ON team. As a Store Team Lead, you will play a vital role in daily operations, ensuring branch objectives are met, managing tasks, and providing exceptional customer service.

What you’re responsible for:

• Fostering exceptional customer service standards throughout the branch.
• Promoting and enforcing Environmental/Health and Safety standards.
• Assigning and executing daily tasks for the customer service and production teams.
• Assisting with onboarding and training new employees.
• Opening and closing the branch with the Branch Manager and Assistant Branch Manager.
• Maintaining strong knowledge of current business practices and Kenny U-Pull standards.
• Completing administrative tasks, including cash balances and inventory checks.
• Ensuring branch standards are met.
• Supporting business changes and communicating change management information to help employees adapt.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role
• Strong leadership skills
• Post-secondary education (preferred)
• Retail and/or automotive experience (preferred)
• Ability to travel to other Kenny U-Pull locations as required
