Job Description

We are currently seeking motivated individuals to join our team in North Bay, ON. As a Store Team Lead, you will play a vital role in managing daily operations to meet branch objectives. You will oversee tasks and ensure exceptional customer service is provided.

What you’re responsible for:

• Fostering exceptional customer service standards throughout the branch.
• Promoting and enforcing Environmental, Health, and Safety standards.
• Assigning and executing daily tasks to the customer service and production teams.
• Assisting with onboarding and training of new employees.
• Opening and closing the branch in conjunction with the Branch Manager and Assistant Branch Manager.
• Possessing strong knowledge of current business practices and Kenny U-Pull standards.
• Completing administrative tasks including daily cash balances and inventory checks.
• Ensuring branch standards are being met.
• Supporting business changes and relaying change management information to help employees adapt.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role
• Strong leadership skills
• Post-secondary education (preferred)
• Retail and/or automotive experience (preferred)
• Ability to travel to other Kenny U-Pull locations as required
