Job summary

RONA in Vancouver seeks a Store Supervisor to lead frontline teams, oversee registers, and ensure exceptional service in daily store operations.

You will train associates on programs, handle refunds, and support opening/closing routines while upholding company standards in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail experience.
• 1 year of experience in team supervision.
• Strong problem solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong attention to details.

Responsibilities

• Supervise frontend staff to ensure service standards are being maintained
• Oversee register coverage and store supply usage
• Provide refunds and monitor cash drawer amounts
• Perform opening and closing procedures
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers and addressing any issues
• Understand, train and promote company programs and initiatives (Pro, RPP, financing, survey, fundraising)
• Train and mentor new associates
• Other related tasks to ensure the store runs smoothly
