Job summary

WINS (Women In Need Society) is seeking a Key Holder to support store operations in Alberta. You will open/close the store, manage alarm procedures, supervise staff in the absence of management, and deliver high levels of customer service.

The role requires strong communication, multitasking, and leadership abilities, with a focus on maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for customers and volunteers. A post-secondary education or equivalent is preferred.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong communication and leadership capabilities.
• Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Experience in retail or customer service is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Open/close store and manage alarm procedures.
• Provide excellent sales service and assist customers.
• Restock merchandise and maintain shop floor.
• Train and supervise team members in the absence of management.
• Maintain cash handling procedures and daily banking where required.
• Ensure store safety and adherence to policies and procedures.
• Respond to emails and phone messages and support office tasks.
