Responsibilities

• Drive profitable sales growth through segment ownership.
• Support management in delivering exceptional customer experiences and company selling behaviours.
• Promote a safe, positive work environment and assist in associate relations issues.
• Develop lasting customer connections through product knowledge and relationship-building.
• Lead teamwork across zones to ensure seamless customer journeys.
• Resolve customer relations issues promptly and effectively.
• Assist in action-planning to optimize results and control payroll/budget.
• Handle opening/closing procedures, cash management and end-of-day reconciliation.
• Follow SOPs including damages, transfers, inventory, and shrink reduction.
• Ensure compelling visual merchandising and brand presentation standards.
