Job summary

La Senza in Edmonton is seeking a Key Holder to support the Store Management team in driving sales and ensuring exceptional customer experiences. You will coach sales associates, demonstrate brand selling behaviors, and help execute store initiatives to achieve top-line results.

The role requires strong leadership, customer service focus, ability to manage open/close procedures, balance payroll and expenses, and a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
