Dollarama is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in daily retail operations in Calgary, Alberta. You will lead staff, manage merchandising, stock daily shipments, and ensure exceptional customer service while hitting sales goals.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager with operations and staff management.
• Assist with merchandising, stocking, and unpacking shipments.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve escalated issues.
• Train, coach, and develop employees.
• Perform cash handling and store opening/closing duties.
• Assign tasks to team and ensure store safety and cleanliness.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and safety standards.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards.
• Assist with hiring and performance management.
