Job summary

Michaels in Windsor is seeking an Assist Merchandise Manager to help lead store operations including truck unloading, stock flow, pricing, and maintaining visual standards.

You will support the Store Manager in SOP adherence, drive in-stock levels, execute planograms, and ensure a customer-ready environment across the floor and backroom. Night, weekend, and early morning shifts are included, with a focus on teamwork, safety, and accuracy in inventory and pricing.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Ability to work nights, weekends and early mornings.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in SOPs and company programs.
• Lead truck unloading and merchandise flow to sales floor.
• Execute planograms and maintain visual merchandising standards.
