TWO BAY ENTERPRIZES LTD is seeking an experienced retail operations leader in Ontario to direct and coordinate daily store activities, oversee budgeting and payroll, and ensure smooth customer service across the business. You will plan, organize and evaluate operations while guiding a team of staff to meet sales targets and service standards.

The role requires on-site work with 3–5 years of retail leadership experience and an English-language requirement.
