Job summary

Canadian Tire Corporation recherche un superviseur pour ses surfaces retail à Rimouski, Canada. Vous dirigerez des équipes sur le terrain et veillerez à l’excellence du service client tout en assurant le merchandising et la gestion des stocks.

Vous établirez les plannings, formerai le personnel et gérerez les aspects opérationnels du magasin afin d’atteindre les objectifs de vente et de satisfaction client.

Qualifications

• Diplôme de College/CEGEP ou équivalent (3 mois à <1 an) exigé.
• Expérience de 2 à 3 ans souhaitée dans le commerce de détail ou conception d’expositions.

Responsibilities

• Attribuer des tâches au personnel de vente.
• Recruter et former le personnel.
• Planifier et développer des expositions et présentations pour espaces commerciaux.
• Commander et autoriser le retour de marchandise.
• Établir les plannings et superviser les équipes.
• Vendre la marchandise et gérer l’encaissement.
• Préparer les rapports sur les ventes et les effectifs.
• Résoudre les demandes des clients et les ruptures de stock.
• Organiser et maintenir l’inventaire.
• Réaliser les évaluations de performance.
