Job summary

Kibbi Technologies Inc. recherche un(e) superviseur(se) permanent dans le secteur supermarché/alimentation. Vous dirigerez et contrôlerez les opérations quotidiennes et organiserez les activités pour assurer un service efficace et rentable.

Le poste nécessite la gestion d'une équipe de 5 à 10 personnes, une expérience de 7 mois à moins d'un an et une maîtrise de l'anglais comme langue de travail. Horaires variables: soir, matin et week-ends; rémunération compétitive.

Responsibilities

  • Diriger et contrôler les opérations quotidiennes.
  • Planifier et organiser les activités quotidiennes.
  • Gérer le personnel et attribuer les tâches.
  • Étudier le marché et les tendances pour déterminer la demande et le volume de ventes.
  • Déterminer les marchandises et services à vendre.
  • Trouver et acquérir les marchandises à revendre.
  • Développer et mettre en œuvre des stratégies marketing.
  • Établir les budgets et suivre les revenus et les dépenses.
  • Déterminer les besoins en personnel.
  • Résoudre les problèmes tels que les demandes clients, les plaintes et les ruptures de stock.
  • Recruter, embaucher et superviser le personnel et/ou les bénévoles.
