• Direct and oversee the daily operations of the cellphone retail and repair store to ensure efficient workflow, quality customer service, and smooth business operations.
• Supervise, schedule, and provide guidance to retail sales staff and repair technicians, ensuring work is completed efficiently and customer service standards are maintained.
• Assist with recruiting, training, and evaluating employees while providing ongoing coaching to improve product knowledge, repair service coordination, and customer service skills.
• Monitor inventory levels of mobile devices, accessories, replacement parts, and repair supplies, placing orders and coordinating with suppliers to maintain adequate stock.
• Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, warranty issues, and service concerns in a professional and timely manner to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Oversee daily cash handling, point-of-sale transactions, refunds, deposits, and basic financial recordkeeping, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company procedures.
• Monitor store sales performance, prepare regular sales and inventory reports for the business owner, and recommend improvements to increase operational efficiency and revenue.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety requirements, and procedures for the secure handling of customer devices and personal information.
• Coordinate store merchandising, product displays, promotional activities, and new product launches to attract customers and support sales objectives.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and secure retail environment while implementing loss prevention practices to protect inventory and company assets.
• Stay informed about new mobile devices, wireless products, repair techniques, and industry developments to provide accurate guidance to staff and customers.
• Work closely with the business owner to identify opportunities to improve daily operations, enhance customer satisfaction, and support the continued growth of the business.
