Job summary

Tempo in Dawson Creek is seeking an enthusiastic on-site volunteer to oversee daily operations and staff coordination. The role focuses on directing operations, planning budgets, and implementing merchandising and marketing strategies to support community initiatives.

You will recruit, hire and supervise volunteers, manage payroll administration and conduct performance reviews while ensuring excellent service and adherence to policies. On-site work required with no remote option.

Qualifications

  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years.
