Job summary

JRoss Recruiters is seeking a Store Leader on behalf of a premium retailer in Canada. You will lead overall store performance, drive sales profitability, elevate customer experience, and maintain operational standards on a daily basis.

You will recruit, coach and develop a high-performing team, be visible on the floor, and build lasting relationships with local customers while collaborating with senior leadership on company initiatives.

• Lead the overall performance of the store, with accountability for sales, profitability, customer experience and operational standards.
• Create a strong selling culture where the team understands the product, knows the customer and takes pride in delivering exceptional service.
• Recruit, coach and develop a capable and engaged team, setting clear expectations and creating opportunities for people to grow.
• Be highly visible on the sales floor, supporting the team, engaging customers and leading by example.
• Build relationships with repeat customers and strengthen the store's connection to its local market.
• Use sales results, customer insights and performance trends to identify opportunities and take action.
• Ensure merchandising, presentation and store standards consistently reflect the positioning of a premium brand.
• Manage scheduling, payroll, inventory, loss prevention and day-to-day store operations with discipline and attention to detail.
• Partner with senior leadership and other areas of the business to execute company initiatives while bringing forward ideas and opportunities from the store.
• Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, collaboration and pride in the business.

Corporate Culture

• Base salary of $58,000 to $68,000, based on experience.
