Job summary

Marc Cain GmbH is seeking a Store Manager (m/f/d) for the Laval (Canada) location to lead the team, deliver outstanding customer service, and uphold the premium Marc Cain brand in a fashionable, women’s wear environment.

You will drive sales, manage stock and orders, ensure top presentation of our collections, and motivate staff with a confident, positive leadership style.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in selling high-quality women’s clothing and some store leadership experience.
• Strong customer focus and genuine enjoyment of working with people.
• Confident, positive manner with high self-motivation to inspire customers and staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate your team with dedication and create an inspiring, positive working environment.
• Ensure that all operational processes in the shop run smoothly, efficiently and with a focus on customer service.
• Advise on and sell our Marc Cain collections with passion, and look after both regular and new customers to the highest standard.
• Preparing and following up on orders, as well as actively supporting this process, also fall within your remit.
• Keep a close eye on stock levels, coordinate orders and ensure optimal product presentation in line with the brand's image.

Your responsibilities

• You will lead and motivate your team with dedication and create an inspiring, positive working environment

• You will advise on and sell our Marc Cain collections with passion, and look after both our regular and new customers to the highest standard

Your profile

• You have extensive experience in selling high-quality women's clothing, as well as some initial management experience as a Store Manager (m/f/d)
• You are characterised by a strong customer focus and a genuine enjoyment of working with people
• With your confident, positive manner and high level of self-motivation, you inspire both customers and your team
• You embody and convey the Marc Cain way of life authentically and with conviction
