Pandora is seeking a Store Manager in Calgary to lead a high‑performing team on the sales floor, coaching assistants and sales associates to deliver memorable customer experiences while driving store performance. You will uphold brand standards, manage operations, and build strong connections with guests.

Qualifications

• You’re a results‑oriented leader with 3–5 years of Store Manager experience in a high‑performance selling environment.
• You communicate clearly and connect with people at all levels of the organization.
• Your business acumen and analytical thinking deliver positive results.
• You master recruiting, developing, and retaining top teams and plan succession within store.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and POS systems is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store team to exceed sales goals and KPIs while delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Coach and empower Assistant Store Manager, Sales Leads and Sales Associates to achieve targets.
• Ensure timely execution of visual merchandising directives and store operations.
• Identify and resolve performance issues in collaboration with HR and the Divisional Sales Manager.
• Build a loyal customer base by delivering authentic, brand‑driven experiences.
