Pandora is seeking a Sales Lead in Canada to immerse in our brand, culture, and product, delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales in-store.

You will support Managers and Sales Associates, exceed store goals, and coach the team to meet KPIs while maintaining brand standards and product knowledge across all channels. This role requires flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in a high-performance selling environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to connect with people at all levels of the organization.
• Business acumen with analytic thinking to deliver results.
• Ability to manage time and priorities while delegating tasks.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and retail POS systems.
• Must be 18 years or older with proof of identity and eligibility to work.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays; ability to stand for long periods and lift 50+ pounds.
