Pandora in Canada (Ontario) is seeking a Sales Lead to embody our brand, culture, and product while delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will support Managers and Sales Associates to drive store success and customer satisfaction.

Role requires strong sales skills, team coaching, and the ability to exceed KPIs. Flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays is expected. Base + bonus and benefits accompany the position.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a high-performance selling environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication with a caring approach.
• Ability to connect with people at all levels of the organization.
• Sharp business acumen and analytical thinking to deliver results.
• Sound time management and prioritization with delegation when needed.
• Knowledge of MS Office 365 and retail POS systems.
• Must be 18 years or older with work eligibility.
