Job summary

JD Sports Canada is seeking a Store Manager for CF Masonville Place in Masonville, ON. This full-time, permanent role is on-site, driving sales, maintaining visual standards, and coaching a high-performing team to deliver best-in-class service.

You will set weekly schedules, manage inventory, and support in-store e-commerce operations while partnering with HR to fill positions. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in retail leadership and a passion for fashion and footwear.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of retail management experience.
• Strong leadership and team-building capabilities.
• Decision-making under pressure.
• Passion for fashion, sportswear or footwear.
• Able to multitask and manage time independently.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
• Experience with data analysis and Excel reporting.
• Proactive, goal-oriented mindset.
• Proficiency with IOS-based programs.

Responsibilities

• Motivate sales team to exceed targets on a weekly basis.
• Maintain store visuals and standards set by Merchandising.
• Build community through exceptional customer service.
• Set weekly schedules and delegate tasks daily.
• Drive store sales via inventory management and merchandising.
• Oversee bi-directional in-store ecommerce processes (processing, packing, shipping).
• Manage store expenses and weekly deposits.
• Develop talent and coach staff for leadership roles.
• Stay updated on new releases and upcoming products.
• Coordinate with HR to fill store positions.
