Job summary

JD Sports Canada is seeking a temporary Assistant Store Manager for Lime Ridge, ON. This full-time, 12-month contract focuses on delivering excellent customer experiences while overseeing store operations, scheduling, inventory, and performance.

You will lead a team, coach staff, and drive sales with knowledge of streetwear and sneakers. Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays is required in a fast-paced omni-channel environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of retail management experience.
• Strong knowledge of streetwear and sneaker culture.
• Experience supervising, training and coaching sales associates.
• Confident and comfortable engaging customers to deliver an elevated experience.
• Motivated to achieve great results through customer interactions and athletic products.
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
• Adaptable to changing omni-channel retail environments.

Responsibilities
