Job summary

JD Sports Canada is seeking a Store Manager for our Dufferin Mall location. You will lead the store in driving sales, maintaining visual standards, and coaching a team to deliver premium service to customers.

You will schedule staff, optimize inventory, manage e-commerce orders in-store, and work to reduce shrinkage while building a community-focused shopping experience that reflects our brand.

Responsibilities

• Motivate sales team to exceed sales targets on a weekly/monthly basis.
• Maintain store visuals to Merchandising standards.
• Develop a community culture through strong customer rapport and exceptional customer service.
• Set weekly schedules and delegate tasks daily.
• Increase store sales through inventory management, merchandising and growth opportunities.
• Train, manage and oversee end-to-end daily e-commerce sales in-store including processing, picking, packing and shipping orders to customers.
• Decrease store shrinkage by researching inventory discrepancies and solving issues.
