Job summary

Chatters is seeking a Store Manager for the Guildford Town Centre location in Surrey, BC. You will lead daily retail and salon operations, coach a high-performing team, own scheduling and payroll, ensure merchandising standards, and foster customer loyalty through memorable experiences.

The role requires leadership, operational excellence, and a passion for delivering exceptional service. You will oversee budgeting, inventory and performance planning, while acting as the on-floor leader to drive

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of retail leadership experience.
• Proven success leading teams and achieving sales goals.
• Strong background in inventory management, scheduling, payroll and budgeting.
• Passion for beauty and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Excellent communication, organization and time-management skills.
• Ability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable, accountable and solution-oriented leadership.
• Experience on the sales floor and on-floor leadership is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily retail and salon operations to deliver an elevated customer experience.
• Coach, develop and inspire a high-performing team to hit sales, service and operational goals.
• Own scheduling, payroll, inventory management, budgeting and performance planning.
• Ensure the salon is clean, stocked, and merchandised to Chatters’ standards.
• Build relationships with customers to foster loyalty through memorable experiences.
• Analyze performance metrics and drive continuous improvement.
• Lead hiring, onboarding, training and ongoing development of team members.
• Act as the primary on-floor leader, solving problems and making decisions.
