Qualifications

• 3–5 years of multi-site leadership in retail or multi-unit service.
• Proven success delivering sales growth and operational excellence.
• Strong business acumen with budgets, labour, and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and inspire Store Managers to achieve district results.
• Drive sales, operational excellence, and profitability across locations.
• Ensure consistent customer experiences and Chatters brand standards.
• Recruit, develop, and succession-plan high-performing teams.
• Analyze performance, set plans, and monitor KPIs across districts.
• Travel throughout British Columbia to coach and support locations.
