Pandora in Canada is seeking a Sales Lead to deliver exceptional customer experiences, exceed sales goals, and coach the in-store team to reach KPIs. You will engage fans with authentic brand storytelling and maintain strong product knowledge to build lasting loyalty.

This role requires 2+ years of high-performance selling, strong communication, and the ability to manage time and priorities in a fast-paced retail environment. Nights, weekends, and holidays may be required.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in a high-performance selling environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to connect with customers at all levels and build brand loyalty.
