Job summary

Pandora at Montreal Eaton Centre is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead with passion and brand pride. You will support the Store Manager, train associates, and foster a high-energy environment that delivers outstanding customer experiences on the shop floor.

You’ll drive team performance, nurture brand loyalty, and ensure on-brand merchandising while meeting KPIs and business goals. A dynamic retail role with a focus on people development.

Qualifications

• You’re a results-oriented leader with at least 2 years of experience in a high-performance selling environment.
• You have developed a sense of Care in your communication, and you know how to charm and connect with people at all levels of the organization.
• Your business acumen is sharp, with analytical thinking that delivers positive results.
• You are a master of time management, setting priorities and delegating tasks.
• Knowledge of MS Office 365 and retail POS systems is expected.
• You are at least 18 years old and can provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
• A flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays is required, with the ability to stand long hours and lift 50+ pounds.

Responsibilities

• The ASM will be the ultimate Pandora Fan, fully immersing in brand, culture and product to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Support the Store Manager and contribute to the store’s success through in-store leadership and coaching.
• Spend time on the sales floor engaging with customers and guiding the team to drive sales and achieve KPI targets.
• All other duties as assigned.
