Pandora is seeking a Store Manager in Trois-Rivières to lead the store team and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will drive sales, coach Associates, and maintain brand standards on the sales floor and behind the scenes.

You will mentor a team, manage schedules, and partner with HR to address performance and ensure a positive, high-energy environment that reflects Pandora’s values.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of Store Manager experience in a high-performance selling environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to recruit, retain, and develop top teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of Assistant Store Manager, Sales Leads and Sales Associates.
• Drive store sales and exceed targets through exceptional customer experiences.
• Ensure brand standards, visual merchandising and operational excellence.
• Collaborate with HR to address performance issues and staffing needs.
