Job summary

Reitmans (Canada) Limited is seeking a Store Manager to lead a high-performing team and drive store performance in Calgary. You will recruit, coach, and develop talent while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Maintain inventory accuracy, visual merchandising standards, and adherence to brand guidelines. The role requires flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a focus on engagement and strategic scheduling.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of team management experience, ideally in fashion retail or equivalent.
• Strong communication and team mobilization ability.
• Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational, planning and prioritization skills.
• Proven problem solving and decision making ability.
• Ability to maintain performance and quality under pressure.
• Sense of style and solid understanding of the fashion industry.
• Proficient in POS, ERP, ATS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Flexibility to work a variable schedule (evenings, weekends, holidays) based on business needs.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 40 lbs (18 kg), and use a step ladder reaching up to 3 m (10 feet).
• High school diploma required.
