Job summary

Dollar Tree Canada, a division of Dollar Tree Inc., is hiring a Store Manager for Wasaga Beach, Ontario. You will lead a team of associates, oversee merchandising, scheduling, recruitment, and inventory management to drive profitable sales.

Reporting to the District Manager, you will create an environment where staff feel valued and motivated to contribute to the store’s success. Qualifying candidates should have 3+ years in a leadership role in retail, strong communication, and a safety-focused

• 3+ years’ leadership experience, preferably in retail.

This position offers a competitive compensation package (salary and bonus) based on experience and qualifications, starting from $45,000 annually.
