Job summary

Dollar Tree Canada is seeking a Store Manager to lead a team of associates and drive profitable sales. Reporting to the District Manager, you will oversee merchandising, front-end operations, scheduling and inventory management, while fostering an energetic, customer-focused store environment.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of leadership experience in retail, a safety mindset, excellent communication, and strong time-management skills.

Qualifications

• Secondary school completion is required.
• 3+ years of leadership experience, preferably in retail.

This position offers a competitive compensation package (salary and bonus) based on experience and qualifications, starting from $45,000 annually.
