Job summary

Dollar Tree Canada is seeking a Store Manager in Barrie, Ontario to lead a team of associates and drive profitable sales. Reporting to the District Manager, you will oversee merchandising, front-end operations, scheduling, and inventory management to create a high-energy, customer-focused store.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in a leadership role in retail, strong communication, safety-mindedness, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in a leadership role, preferably in retail.
• Strong communication skills and a safety-first mindset.
• Ability to manage time and productivity in a fast-paced retail setting.
