Job summary

Dollar Tree Canada is looking for a Store Manager to lead a team of associates and drive profitable sales. Reporting to the District Manager, you will oversee all store operations including merchandising, front-end operations, recruitment and development, scheduling and inventory management.

This role requires strong communication, safety mindset, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs. A secondary school completion and 3+ years in a retail leadership role are preferred.

• Strong communication and customer service skills are required.
• Must be able to lift and move merchandise up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.

This position offers a competitive compensation package (salary and bonus) based on experience and qualifications, starting from $45,000 annually.
