You will oversee merchandising, front-end operations, recruitment and development, scheduling and inventory management, aiming to drive profitable sales and outstanding customer service.

Your qualifications include:

• Ability to lift, bend and move merchandise weighing up to 50 lbs
• Completion of secondary school
• 3+ years' experience in a leadership role, preferably in retail

This position offers a competitive compensation package (salary and bonus) based on experience and qualifications, starting from $45,000 annually.
