Job summary

Dollar Tree Canada is seeking a Store Manager to lead a team of associates, drive profitable sales, and ensure exceptional customer service in Wasaga Beach.

You will report to the District Manager and oversee merchandising, front-end operations, recruitment and development, scheduling and inventory management, creating an environment where colleagues feel valued and contribute to store success.

Your qualifications include:

• Completion of secondary school
• 3+ years' experience in a leadership role, preferably in retail

This position offers a competitive compensation package (salary and bonus) based on experience and qualifications, starting from $45,000 annually.
