Job summary

QE Home is seeking a Co-Manager at Quinte Mall to lead store operations and guest experience. As a strategic partner to the Store and District Manager, you’ll share accountability for sales targets and store results while building a high-performing team.

You will coach colleagues, manage scheduling and merchandising, participate in recruitment and onboarding, and help staff development while maintaining an inclusive, energetic workplace.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of retail experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and guest-focused service.
• Experience with POS systems and basic visual merchandising.
• Proven ability to drive sales, manage inventory, and coach teams.

As a Co-Manager, collaboration, shared ownership, and growth are at the core of your role. As a strategic partner to the Store and District Manager, you’ll help lead store operations, inspire teams, and drive results.

WhatYou’llBe Working On

• Partnering with the Store & District Manager to co-lead daily operations, sales performance, team development, and guest experience.

• Sharing accountability for store results, including sales targets, productivity, and loss prevention.

• Leading by example on the sales floor by delivering exceptionalguestservice and product knowledge.

• Takingownership of assigned operational areas such as scheduling, merchandising, execution, training, or inventorymanagement.

• Providingleadership support to an additional storeas needed, acting as a consistent leadership presence and operational partner.

• Leadingrecruiting, onboarding, and coaching initiatives within your assigned scope.

• Coaching and mentoring team members to achieve individual and store-wide goals.

• Fostering a positive, inclusive, and high performing work environment.

• Supporting performance conversations and development planning in partnership with the District Manager.

The Physical Side of the Role

• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours.

• Ability to lift or carry up to 50 lbs.

• Ability to shift, push, reach, stretch, twist, bend, pull or maneuver weight over 50 lbs to fold, stock and build or display merchandise. In addition, you maybe requiredto change beds including moving a mattress to put on a bed skirt.

• Comfortable climbingladders formerchandising and stock.

• 2-5years of retail experience; minimum 3 years in a supervisory capacity.

• A passionandpreviousexperience inhome décor,fashion retail, and creating memorableguestexperiences.

• Demonstrated success in driving sales and buildingguestloyalty.

• Ability to lead teams to exceed all sales and profit goals.

• Strong communicationand interpersonal skills with a collaborative leadership style.

• Experience with POS systems, visual merchandising, inventory management, and scheduling.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.

• A hands‑on approach to leadership,you’renot afraid to jump in and work alongside your team.
