Job summary

Dollar Tree Canada is seeking a Store Manager to lead a team of associates and drive profitable sales at our Stettler location. You will oversee merchandising, front-end operations, recruitment and development, scheduling and inventory management, creating an environment where teammates feel valued and empowered to contribute to the store’s success.

Reporting to the District Manager, you will implement standards, coach staff, manage budgets and controls, and ensure outstanding customer service,

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in a leadership role, preferably in retail.
• Completion of secondary school.
• Strong communication skills.

Your qualifications include:

• Ability to lift, bend and move merchandise weighing up to 50 lbs
• Completion of secondary school
• 3+ years’ experience in a leadership role, preferably in retail
