Dollar Tree Canada is seeking a Store Manager in Edmonton to lead a team of associates and drive profitable sales across all store operations. Reporting to the District Manager, you will oversee merchandising, front-end operations, scheduling, inventory, and staff development to create a high-performing store environment.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in a leadership role in retail, excellent communication skills, and a safety-minded approach.
