Job summary

Dollar Tree Canada is seeking a Store Manager in the Town of Stettler, Alberta. You will lead a team of associates to drive profitable sales, overseeing merchandising, front-end operations, recruitment, scheduling and inventory management to create an environment where staff feel valued and contribute to success.

You will report to the District Manager and be responsible for daily store performance, safety, guest service, and overall store execution.

Your qualifications include:

• Ability to lift, bend and move merchandise weighing up to 50 lbs
• Completion of secondary school 3+ years' experience in a leadership role, preferably in retail
