Job summary

Dollarama Store Manager position overseeing daily retail operations, merchandising, staffing, scheduling, and inventory control to ensure store standards align with company guidelines.

You will lead and develop the team, deliver excellent customer service, manage cash handling, safety, and opening/closing procedures, and drive performance through coaching.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years’ experience in retail and team management.
• Open availability (day, evening, weekend).

Daily Tasks (but not limited to)
