The Role

We are seeking a Store Manager for our Carrefour Angrignon location in LaSalle. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sporting apparel and footwear, with an upbeat attitude. The Store Manager will lead all store operations, drive sales, maintain visual standards, and develop a high-performing team providing exceptional customer service.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

1. Motivate the sales team to exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
2. Implement and improve in-store strategies while maintaining company standards.
3. Develop a community-oriented store culture through strong customer relationships.
4. Set weekly schedules and delegate daily tasks.
5. Enhance store sales via effective inventory management, merchandising, and growth opportunities.
6. Manage end-to-end e-commerce sales processes including processing, picking, packing, and shipping orders.
7. Reduce store shrinkage by investigating inventory discrepancies and resolving issues.
8. Handle weekly bank deposits and manage store expenses.
9. Build a talent pipeline to develop future leaders.
10. Stay informed about new product releases and upcoming inventory.
11. Collaborate with HR to fill open positions and onboard new staff.
12. Oversee biweekly payroll submissions.
13. Ensure visual presentation aligns with merchandising standards.
14. Host local events and initiatives, ensuring company standards are met.

• Minimum of 5 years retail management experience.
