Job summary

Chatters Limited Partnership in Red Deer is seeking a Store Manager for Southpointe Common Retail Salon. You will lead daily retail and salon operations, ensuring a seamless, elevated customer experience.

You will coach and develop a high‑performing team, own scheduling, payroll, inventory management, budgeting, and performance planning, and drive results while maintaining Chatters' standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of retail leadership experience.
• Strong background in inventory management, scheduling, payroll, and budgeting.
• Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills.
• Salon experience is considered an asset.
• Flexible availability including days, evenings, and weekends.
• Comfortable using POS systems and basic computer programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee daily retail and salon operations to deliver an elevated customer experience.
• Coach, develop, and inspire a high-performing team to achieve sales and service goals.
• Own scheduling, payroll, inventory management, budgeting, and performance planning.
• Ensure the salon is clean, well-stocked, and merchandised to Chatters' standards.
• Build relationships with customers to foster loyalty and memorable experiences.
• Analyze performance metrics and drive continuous improvement.

We are looking for a Store Manager at our Southpointe Common, Red Deer Retail Salon!

What You’ll Do

• Lead and oversee daily retail and salon operations to deliver a seamless, elevated customer experience
• Coach, develop, and inspire a high-performing team to achieve sales, service, and operational goals
• Own scheduling, payroll, inventory management, budgeting, and performance planning
• Ensure the salon is clean, well-stocked, and beautifully merchandised to Chatters' standards
• Build strong relationships with customer, creating loyalty through consistent and memorable experiences
• Analyze performance metrics and take action to drive results and continuous improvement
• Lead hiring, onboarding, training, and ongoing development of team members
• Act as the primary leader on the floor, solving problems and making decisions that positively impact the business, customers, and team
