Job summary

RONA in Nova Scotia is seeking an experienced store leader to drive sales and team performance. You will develop annual sales and payroll budgets and ensure the store operates smoothly in a fast-paced retail environment.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field and 5+ years of personnel management and retail leadership experience. You will coach staff, optimize customer service, and uphold company policies.

Responsibilities

• Plan annual sales and payroll budgets.
• Analyze and evaluate operating results in relation to objectives and budgets to ensure they are met.
• Manage and maximize store sales.
• Manage and coordinate corporate policies and procedures.
• Be constantly present on the sales floor, encourage a positive, open work environment that emphasizes employee empowerment.
• Responsible for internal communications and develop appropriate communication tools.
• Other related tasks to ensure the store runs smoothly.
