Job summary

RONA is seeking a Store Supervisor to lead daily store operations and staff. This role focuses on supervising priorities, resolving issues for customer satisfaction, and guiding merchandising and replenishment to meet goals.

You will oversee promotional activities, participate in recruiting, schedule work within budget, and coach teams to achieve excellent customer service and store performance. Strong leadership and retail experience are essential.

Qualifications

• 5 years of personnel management experience.
• Experience managing a retail business.
• Strong leadership and autonomous work style.

Responsibilities

• Supervise work according to set priorities and the company’s requirements
• Resolve any issue that may arise while ensuring customer satisfaction
• Carry out merchandising duties according to the Store Manager’s directions
• Supervise the replenishment process
• Manage promotional activities according to sales, company initiatives; stay aware of trends
• Assist in recruiting staff for the department under your responsibility
• Determine work schedule while complying with the labour budget and ensuring customer needs are met
• Coach, encourage, and motivate teams
• Other related tasks to ensure the store runs smoothly
