RONA is seeking a store supervisor in Canada to lead a frontline team, oversee staffing, merchandising, and promotions, and uphold service standards that drive growth. You will translate corporate directives into store-level actions and contribute to a safe, inclusive workplace.

The role requires strong personnel management experience in retail, excellent communication, and a talent for motivating teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

Your role:

• Supervise work according to set priorities and the company02s requirements
• Resolve any issue that may arise while ensuring customer satisfaction
• Carry out merchandising duties according to the Store Manager02s directions
• Supervise the replenishment process
• Manage promotional activities according to sales, company initiatives. Be aware of current trends and competitors to help develop effective marketing strategy
• Assist in recruiting staff for the department under your responsibility
• Determine work schedule while complying with the established labour budget and ensuring that customer needs are met
• Coach, encourage, and motivate teams
• Other related tasks to ensure the store runs smoothly

What we02re looking for:
